How can I show that I will suffer extreme hardship if I have to go back to my country of origin? One way a) to show you are eligible for an I-751 waiver 1) is to show a) that you are afraid of i) what would happen to you ii) if you were returned to your country of origin. In order to establish your eligibility a) under this provision, 1) consider the following: a. In your personal declaration, 1) explain A) what would happen I) to you B) if you had to return to your country of origin. REMEMBER: ALL DOCUMENTS MUST BE SUBMITTED a) IN ENGLISH OR 1) HAVE AN ENGLISH TRANSLATION ATTACHED.
